You must fend for yourself in this company, because the leadership team will NOT fight for you. The executives have carved out nice paying careers for themselves with windowed offices while doing absolutely nothing.
While the CEO is great - the people right below her are mostly awful.
The main problem with this company is middle management, directors, and the 'leadership' team. The culture can be good or bad, its mostly about who you decide to associate yourself with. You can carve out a nice job for yourself at this company (totally depending on department).
